BRAGA, November 24, 2025 — As part of the Portuguese Week of Science, the AI2PI Portuguese team hosted a hands-on workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Education, engaging higher education students in a critical exploration of AI’s role in future teaching practice. Participants compared analogue and AI-supported approaches to problem-solving, uncovering both the efficiencies and the ethical complexities of generative tools. The session reinforced a central premise of AI2PI: AI is not a shortcut to innovation, but a catalyst for reflective, responsible pedagogical transformation.

BELGRADE, September 12, 2025 — Over 30 researchers gathered yesterday for the AI2PI panel discussion at the European Educational Research Association (ECER) conference, marking an important milestone just four months after our Berlin kickoff. We came to share preliminary insights on preparing teachers for AI integration—and left with sharper questions than we arrived with.
